I remember the emphasis at our first meeting was “we want something that is uniquely special for us, this will be our retirement home”.
I met with these clients initially so they could interview me for the position of working with them to produce a design to fulfil their wish list and complement the surrounding landscape. We then progressed to the design stage where I was provided with a full design brief which developed into a dynamic design and in turn evolved to a stunning and unique architecturally designed home.
Our journey was one of my most special and enjoyable, with incredibly lovely clients. A most rewarding project. We continue to work together on other development projects.

Client Testimonial
Wow look at our house!
It’s hard to believe we live here let alone own the place. It’s the brainchild of Jackie Robinson who cleverly designed it from a roughly written list of “I want” and a bunch of pictures of houses we liked the look of. We spoke with 4 or 5 house designers before choosing to work with Jackie. The choice was actually easy. She was the only one that willingly engaged with our out of the ordinary “wants”. We now live in a home that boasts a Max Raft floor, some serious wall and ceiling insulation, triple-glazed tilt and turn windows and doors from Europe, a bank of solar panels and integrated heating and ventilation systems that provide for complete indoor climate control. These design features have completely redefined the term “a warm dry house”. We absolutely love the end result. It’s been a pleasure having you involved Jackie, thank you.
